Lee High SchoolAdditions to Lee High School for North East Independent School District. The project included a new 63,000 Square Foot, 3-Story academic building addition, a new 12,450 Square Foot band hall, and a 1,484 Square Foot cafeteria addition with 13,800 square feet of renovations to existing kitchen and cafeteria areas. The HVAC design included upgrades to chiller and boiler systems supporting the campus. The Architect of Record is Bradley Architects. |
Lee High School Athletic Facility RenovationsAdditions and renovations to the Athletic/Physical Education areas for North East Independent School District. Renovations included the Competition Gym, Practice Gym, Dance Studio and classrooms. HVAC design included provisions for humidity control via 100% outside air packaged roof top units. The Architect of Record is Pfluger and Associates. |

Tuscany Heights Elementary SchoolNew multi-story elementary school for North East Independent School District. The project consisted of 56 classrooms, a cafeteria with kitchen, two gymnasiums and a supporting central plant facility. The Architect of Record is PBK Architects. |
Barbara Bush Middle SchoolNew 174,000 Square Foot middle school for North East Independent School District. The school consists of a 3-Story classroom wind and a 1-Story wing containing administrative areas, band and choir areas, a library, science labs, speech and dramas classrooms, a vocational shop, a cafeteria with kitchen. The project also consisted of a gymnasium building, housing two basketball courts, locker and shower areas, offices and laundry. The Architect of Record is Callins Watts Sendejo. |

Longfellow Middle School30,000 Square Foot, 2-Story addition for San Antonio Independent School District. The project included a new science lab wing, renovations to existing classroom wings, library and gymnasium. The project included an academic building, media, fine arts and common area, competition and auxiliary gymnasium buildings, complete with boys/girls showers and locker areas. The Architect of Record is O’Neill, Conrad, Oppelt Architects. |
The Winston SchoolNew 39,300 Square Foot private school consisting of a single story classroom building for elementary, middle and high school grades. The facility includes administration areas, a library, science labs and computer labs. A new 11,262 Square Foot gymnasium building contains boys and girls showers, a laundry room, offices and a kitchen. The Architect of Record is Kell Munoz Architects. |
