John has over seventeen years of experience in the electrical consulting industry. John has electrical design and project management experience for projects in the educational, healthcare, hospitality, institutional, laboratory and data center facilities. John’s specialties include code analysis, lighting design, voltage drop calculations, short circuit analysis, grounding systems, alternate and redundant power supply systems, isolated power systems, fire detection and alarm systems and energy conservation and analysis.

135,000 Square Foot, 4-Story Medical Office Building for South Texas Oncology and Hemotology. The facility is located in the San Antonio Medical Center. The HVAC system is comprised of eight direct expansion split systems. The project also included a 4-Story parking garage and an adjacent park with illuminated trees, signage and sculpture. Two vaults were designed for supporting a linear accelerator and a cyberknife cancer treatment machines. The building is equipped for the addition of two standby generators.
